Skip the deep-fried foods, such as fried macaroni and cheese, fried cheesecake or fried turkey legs. Instead get cotton candy, grilled lean meat or caramel apples.

Instead put the high-fat salad toppings to a refreshing salad bowls of veggies, use grilled chicken, slices of lean meat, or eggs with light salad dressing.
Mindless High-Fat Snacking
Reduce high-fat snacking, such as potato chips, cheese nachos, movie theater popcorns or cheese puffs. Instead, snack on veggies and fruits, with light or no dip.
Weight-Gaining Fried Chicken
Forget about oily fried chicken. Instead, add the boneless and skinless chicken breasts to the grill plate.
